Gwen Stefani ditches her signature look in stunning makeup-free photo!

Gwen Stefani is one natural beauty. On Thursday evening, the 46-year-old shared a stunning, makeup-free photo of herself in bed for her four million followers.
The singer opted to ditch her signature red lip and instead posed with her blonde tresses let loose, while wearing a grey T-shirt. Gwen posted the photo sans caption letting the au naturale picture do all the talking.

The No Doubt front woman is generally known for her glammed up looks, but as of late has posted subdued photos on her Instagram account. Prior to her makeup-free snap, Gwen shared a photo of herself modeling lite makeup. Attached to the photo she wrote, “Hi Gx.”
CELEBS BARE IT ALL IN MAKEUP-FREE SELFIES

While Gwen has decided to opt for a makeunder these days, earlier this week on Monday, the Make Me Like You Artist rocked a bold, hot pink lip and thick lashes for her debut duet performance with beau Blake Shelton.
The mom-of-three and the country crooner took to The Voice stage to perform their romantic tune Go Ahead and Break My Heart, a track off Blake’s upcoming album If I'm Honest.

Gwen and her love barely broke eye contact as they beamed singing their song, which features the lyrics: “I never ever meant to get so into you/ Thought I was using you just to get me through/ You know I'm broken I don't trust anyone/ Last thing I needed was to fall in love.”
Ahead of the highly anticipated duet, Blake admitted to Entertainment Tonight that he wanted to “impress” his girlfriend with the song. "When I originally started writing this song,” he said, “I was only trying to impress Gwen.

London's naked restaurant has waiting list of nearly 30,000 before it even opens - but only a fraction of those will get the chance to eat there

  • Bunyadi, set to open in June, bills itself as 'London's naked restaurant'
  • It already has a waiting list of 28,984 - but will only be able to seat 3,000
  • Restaurant interior reflects 'Pangea-like world' where photos are banned
  • Diners will be allowed to wear clothes but it will have a naked section

A naked restaurant opening in London now has a waiting list of nearly 30,000 diners before it has even opened - but only a tenth of those will actually have the chance to eat there.
The Bunyadi, which bills itself as London's naked restaurant, is set to open in the capital for three months.
But, despite the doors not being open until June, 28,984 have submitted their email addresses to Bunyadi's waiting list, charmed by the idea of a 'Pangea-like world' of wood-flame grilled meals and a ban on Instagram.

But those hoping to get a spot at one of the wood-hewn seats might be disappointed - because the 42-capacity restaurant will only be able to seat around 3,000 during the pop-up period.
In the restaurant, diners will be allowed to wear clothes. But it will also have a naked section - where photography is strictly banned - in which gowns will be provided, which people must fold and put on the seats on arrival.
The website says they aim to create a world 'free from phones, electric lights and even clothing', using 'natural, home-grown ingredients' to envelope clients in the atmosphere.
Guests will enjoy meals served on handmade clay crockery and edible cutlery, in a space void of the industrialised-world's modern trappings, their website says.
They will dine under a canopy of candle lights, creatively partitioned with bamboo and wicker, as they recline on wood-hewn furniture.
Guests will be offered a vegan and a non-vegan menu, and those who sit in the naked section will be offered lockers to put their clothes in as they change in to their gowns.
People will walk into the bar area (pictured) fully clothed and will be handed a gown to change into, and offered a locker to put their possessions in so the restaurant is free from phones
The actual naked area in the restaurant (pictured) is partitioned by bamboo screens so that the people you eat with may be the only ones who actually see you without clothes on
Seb Lyall, the founder of creators Lollipop, said: 'We believe people should get the chance to enjoy and experience a night out without any impurities: no chemicals, no artificial colours, no electricity, no gas, no phone and even no clothes if they wish to. The idea is to experience true liberation.'
He added: 'We have worked very hard to design a space where everything patrons interact with is bare and naked.
'The use of natural bamboo partitions and candlelight has enabled to us to make the restaurant discreet, whilst adhering to the ethos behind it.'
Mr Lyall said the body positivity, the trend for more natural ingredients, and nostalgia surrounding days when people didn't take their phones to the table inspired the idea.
The restaurant is a pop-up in central London and has already been designed (pictured) but the owners wont be releasing any actual pictures of the space before the opening in June

He told MailOnline: 'There are a lot of people who want truly natural ingredients, people who are vegan and are very health-conscious. That is one trend.
'But also, everyone has their phone at the dinner table these days. People in their late 20s, 30s and 40s will remember a time when that wasn't the case, and I think they crave the chance to go back to that.
'Another reason is the idea of feeling comfortable in your own skin. There was a controversial ad campaign on The Tube last year, when a protein brand asked "are you beach body ready?"
'I think to feel comfortable, you need to experience that atmosphere, on the beach, or naked, and I think people want the opportunity to do that.'
Lollipop, the inventors of Bunyadi, made headlines last year with the creation of their Owl Cafe in London.
Various breeds were brought to the space, and more than 25,000 people joined the waiting list to take part in the event - based on a trend in Tokyo.
But it angered animal rights campaigners, who launched a petition to stop the pop-up, with one claiming 'It would be hard to think of a more frightening place for owls'.
However, Mr Lyall insisted it was not a strssful experience for the birds, which people realised when they arrived.
He told MailOnline: 'It was very controversial at the time, but when people came and saw what kind of space it was, they could see that there was nothing to worry about.'
Bunyadi will be open in central London for six months.

Natural health: Vitamin D supplements and brown or raw sugar v white sugar

Natural health: Vitamin D supplements and brown or raw sugar v white sugar

gives her advice on getting enough vitamin D naturally and whether or not there is any nutritional benefit to using brown or raw sugar over regular white sugar.
Q. I want to supplement with vitamin D, but am unsure of what dosage I should take. I don’t get much vitamin D from sunlight because I burn easily and use a high to protect my skin.
A. Vitamin D comes in three main forms – Vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol), Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), and synthetic vitamin D (calcitriol).
While calcitriol is the active form of vitamin D, it is always better to choose a natural supplement rather than a synthesised one, since these are utilised more effectively by the body.

Vitamin D2 is not naturally produced by humans which means that it is fairly inefficient at increasing levels of vitamin D in the blood, so vitamin D3 is the one you should look for.
Vitamin D3 is produced naturally in our skin after we have been exposed to ultraviolet B (UVB) light.
It also occurs naturally in certain foods, such as cod liver oil, oily fish (mackerel, halibut, sardines, tuna), oysters, dairy products, mushrooms, and sprouted seeds.
The sun is crucial in vitamin D production although it isn’t directly transferred to our skin through sun exposure, rather our bodies synthesise vitamin D as a result of being exposed to UVB light.
Vitamin D3 is converted to calcidiol in the liver (which is what doctors test for in our blood when we check our vitamin D levels), which is then converted to calcitriol in the cells.
Calcitriol is necessary for the metabolism of calcium, regulation of cell growth, apoptosis (necessary cell death), gene activation, the release of neurotransmitters in the brain, and immune function.
You are wise to consider supplementation due to lack of sunshine exposure, not to mention the fact that people who need to wear sunscreen are effectively blocking up to 95% of UVB.
The good news is that since you burn easily, you will likely need less vitamin D than people who can tolerate the sun better — the darker your natural skin colour, the more D3 you require.
For those who don’t turn beet red in the sun, it is recommended that you get around 10-15 minutes exposure daily without sunscreen preferably between 10am to 11am or 1pm to 2pm.
You can keep the sunscreen on your face though, as it is the torso, arms, and legs that produce the most vitamin D, with the face and hands being the least productive.
Vitamin D3 dosage recommendations for healthy individuals are as follows:
* Children under 12 months —1,000IU daily
* Children between 12 months and 15 years of age should aim for around 1,000IU per 11kg of body weight
* 15 years upwards — a minimum of 5,000IU
* Pregnant and breastfeeding women — around 6,000IU
Vitamin D deficiency is linked to rickets, seasonal affective disorder , tuberculosis, autoimmune disorders, heart disease, digestive ailments, various cancers (breast, lung, prostate, pancreas, colorectal, and ovaries), osteoporosis, and coughs and colds.
Q. Is there any nutritional benefit to using brown or raw sugar over regular white sugar? Surely sugar is sugar.
A. White or table sugar is the regular type of sugar found in most households.
It is granulated and highly refined, with no real nutritional value.
Raw sugar is a light brown colour and is minimally processed, although it still has very little in the way of nutritional benefit whether it is organically grown or not.
Brown sugar is different again from raw sugar in that it derives its darker colour and richer flavour from molasses.
This happens either as a result of molasses remaining after processing occurs, or the molasses may be added back in afterwards.
The molasses accounts for the presence of some minerals, but only in minute amounts.
Blackstrap molasses is the product of a third boiling of the sugar cane juice and actually has significant nutrient value with the least amount of sugar since most of the sucrose crystals have already been extracted.

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

3. Anda Akan Kehilangan Berat Badan
Anda ingin membuat makanan rumahan.
